Transformation update

August 20, 2015 I wrote a transformation blog ( where I committed to losing 50 pounds by December.  At the time of my entry I had lost 17 pounds, as of today I have lost 25 pounds.  I am half way to my goal and feel wonderful.  I have totally given up soda (for me that is HUGE) and I walk every single day at least 5 miles (AGAIN a HUGE thing for me since I have always hated working out).  I actually get annoyed if something happens and I am not able to go on my daily walk.  Hopefully you can see a change in my current photo.
